to introduce myself . . .
My name is Owen Higgins, C.E.O., of this family owned and run
business and I would like to take you on a tour of the wonderful
world of plastics.
Plastics have come a long way since prehistoric times with scientific knowledge in the fields of chemistry and physics literally exploding.Today, the plastics industry has advanced to such a degree it is replacing some metal components. Plastic has revolutionised household appliances, the electronics industry, sporting goods and architecture. Interestingly, PVDF and PTFE, another line we carry, have made an appreciable impact on the design of medical equipment.
Here at The Plastics Factory we endeavour to keep abreast of the latest innovations, constantly upgrading our equipment along with our sophisticated software and engineering programs to enable us to design and manufacture any industrial component, whether it be single runs or mass production.
Essentially our policy is to maintain the hightest standards, providing quality precision products on time and at the most reasonable price. In fact, The Plastics Factory is an ISO registered plastic quality endorsed company with extensive experience in plastic cutting, milling, machining, drilling, fabrication and computerised routing.
